Elisangela Martins de Sá received the B.S. degree in Computational Mathematic (2008), M.Sc. degree (2011), and a Ph.D. degree (2015) in Production Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. She is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Applied Social Sciences at the Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais, Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Her current research interests include decomposition methods, metaheuristics, optimization under uncertainty, optimization under congestion, and network design and location problems.
