JOAO FERNANDO M. SARUBBI received the B.S. degree in Computer Science (2001) from Universidade Estadual do Ceará and the M.Sc. (2003) and Ph.D.(2008) degrees in Computer Science, both from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. He is an Associate Professor with the Department of Computer Engineering, Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais, Belo Horizonte, Brazil. His current research interests include Combinatorial Optimization Problems mainly in Vehicular Networks, Transportation and Facility Location Problems. He works with exact methods as Integer Linear Programming, Branch and Bound, and heuristics algorithms as GRASP, VNS, and evolutionary algorithms.
